General Terms of Agreement

Wholesale Terms & Conditions
• We require a minimum spend of R8500 ex VAT for mats only.
• We require a minimum spend of R6000 ex VAT for tableware only.
• All chairpads must be bought in sets of 12 per colour (R1260 incl VAT per set).
• However if you wish to combine mats & tableware the minimum spend is R15 000 ex VAT.
• Please place your orders on our order form and send via email for ease of communication
• If you’d like to make changes to your order, please communicate via email
• Full payment of order is required before dispatch (To reflect in the bank).
• Wholesale prices exclude VAT.
• Courier charges are additional. We are happy to work with your preferred suppliers.

• Small printing flaws are sometimes evident in our products - due to the nature of the product.
