General Terms of Agreement

Wholesale Terms & Conditions
• We require a minimum order quantity of R8,500 ex VAT for mats only.
• We require a minimum order quantity of R6,000 ex VAT for tableware only.
• All chairpads must be bought in sets of 10 per colour or mixed (R1,369.60 ex VAT per set).
• However if you wish to combine mats, tableware and/or chairpads, a minimum order quantity of R15,000 ex VAT is required.
• Please place your orders on our order form and send via email for ease of communication
• If you’d like to make changes to your order, please communicate via email to jacqueline.maart@indiaink.co.za

• Our system reserves the right to hold an order for only 48 hours from the time it is placed, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless a product is defective or under exceptional circumstances.
• • Full payment of order is required before dispatch (To reflect in the bank).
  • Wholesale prices exclude VAT.
  • Courier charges are additional. We are happy to work with your preferred suppliers.
