I went to collect the summer comforter I had ordered online from the India Ink dispatch myself. I realised to my horror that in my haste I had mistakenly selected a pale blue rather than a pale green fabric - it certainly did not work with my existing colour scheme. When I asked if I could change it, the staff said it was no trouble, this despite the busy Black Friday madness I could see going on all around me - and went off searching for other options for me to choose from - I was really spoilt for choice. I am absolutely thrilled with my new purchase and I definitely want another. Thank you India Ink for the wonderful selection of products and the efficient and friendly service!
